No. Your written price shows the yearly fee excluding VAT, then 5% VAT and the total for the year.

Yes, whenever you need us. Every package is delivered remotely, and onsite help is charged separately per visit, either a booked visit of up to 3 hours or an urgent visit billed by the hour, with Dubai travel included.

One fee for 12 months, paid in full in advance. Non-refundable. Every package is annual only, with no monthly charges, and bills at least 10 users or Macs. Renewal is never automatic. In the 11th month of each year we send you a renewal notice with the price for the coming year, for you to review and approve. The price will vary every year.

We email you a copy of your package details straight away, and your fixed yearly price follows in writing within 1 business day. Your 12 months start on your go-live date, not the day you sign.

Yes. We run alongside your current provider for up to 30 days at no extra charge, so nothing is dropped during the handover.

Yes. Because every package is remote, the package and response times are the same in every emirate. Onsite visits outside Dubai carry a travel charge, quoted when you book.
