Jamf licensing, UAE
Jamf licences bought properly: per device, on one renewal date, from a partner in Dubai.
Jamf Pro, Jamf School, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect and Jamf Safe Internet are licensed per device on an annual commitment, and most of the money organisations waste on them is wasted at renewal rather than at purchase. We procure, consolidate and manage Apple device management licences for businesses and schools across the UAE.

The parts of Jamf licensing that cost money when nobody owns them.
Procurement as a partner
We buy on your behalf rather than sending you to a web form, which means partner terms, an invoice in the currency you account in, and a named person to chase when something is wrong.
Jamf Pro licensing
The enterprise tier, licensed per device with separate rates for macOS and iOS. We size the count against the estate that is actually enrolled rather than against headcount, and those are rarely the same number.
Jamf School licensing
The education tier, quoted per institution and per device. Sized around term dates and cohort turnover, so the count reflects devices in the hands of pupils rather than devices in a cupboard.
Jamf Connect
Identity on the Mac: account creation and password sync against Entra ID or Okta at the login window. An add-on licensed separately from Jamf Pro, and worth buying only if you have the identity problem it solves.
Jamf Protect
Endpoint security built around macOS behaviour rather than ported from Windows. Also a separate add-on, and a real decision point if you already pay for Defender for Endpoint.
Jamf Safe Internet
Content filtering that follows the device off the network, which is the requirement most schools discover in the week the devices first go home.
Co-termination
Estates that grew in stages end up with several renewal dates. We align them to one, so renewal becomes a single decision once a year instead of a recurring surprise.
Renewals and true-ups
A reminder ahead of the date, a count reconciled against the console, and a recommendation to grow, hold or reduce. Silence at renewal defaults to paying for last year again.
Transfer from another reseller
You can change who holds the relationship at renewal without rebuilding anything. The console, the devices and the configuration all stay exactly where they are.
We would rather keep a client than sell a licence they do not need.
We will tell you when the answer is Intune
For a smaller Mac estate inside Microsoft 365, Intune is usually already paid for and usually enough. We have talked clients out of Jamf, which costs us the margin and keeps the relationship.
The people selling it also run it
The licence count comes from engineers who work in the console, not from a spreadsheet. That is why the number usually goes down at the first review rather than up.
Local invoicing, local contact
A Dubai-based partner, UAE invoicing, and a named engineer who already knows your estate when the renewal question comes round.
What you are actually choosing between.

From a count you trust to a renewal you control.
- 1
Count the estate, not the headcount
Days 1 to 3
We reconcile what is enrolled against what is being paid for. Devices that left the business, test devices and duplicates all surface here, and this step alone frequently changes the number.
- 2
Decide the tier and the add-ons
Week 1
Jamf Pro against Jamf School, and whether Connect, Protect or Safe Internet earn their place. Each add-on has to answer a problem you can name, otherwise it comes off the quote.
- 3
Quote, procure and register
Week 1 to 2
We issue the quote, place the order as your partner, and make sure the licences land against the right Jamf account and the right Apple Business or Apple School Manager organisation.
- 4
Co-term and diarise
At purchase
Existing licences are aligned to a single renewal date, and that date goes in our calendar as well as yours. You get the reminder with a recommendation attached to it.
- 5
Review before every renewal
Annually
A reconciliation against the console, a look at what the add-ons actually did for you over the year, and a straight recommendation to grow, hold or cut.
The questions buyers actually ask.
Before you buy, read the platform argument.
Jamf Pro in Dubai
The platform decision rather than the purchase order: where Jamf genuinely beats the alternative, and the size of estate at which that becomes true.
Jamf against Intune for macOS
The comparison this decision usually turns on, including the cases where the honest recommendation is the licence you already own.
Jamf Now against Jamf Pro
The tier question for smaller estates, and the point at which the cheaper tier stops being the cheaper answer.
Send us your device counts and your renewal date.
We will come back with a scoped quote, a recommendation on the add-ons, and an honest view on whether you need Jamf at all. If Intune already covers you, we will say so.
