Is this the right service for your business?

Best fit
A business that needs help resolving an incident or recurring technical issues, with remote or on-site support scoped to the problem.
Agree the scope first
Tell us which systems and users are affected. Project work, replacement equipment and ongoing cover are agreed separately before work starts.
Start with a brief
Send your location, the affected system and the impact on your team. For an active outage, use the phone contact rather than waiting for a new-enquiry reply.

What we cover

Eight disciplines, one helpdesk number.

Your team calls, emails, or opens a ticket. We classify it at intake, dispatch the right engineer, and close it inside the SLA. No menu mazes, no callback-tomorrow.

Remote support

Phone, ticket, or chat. Most incidents resolved without a site visit. Screen-share for software, configuration, and account issues.

remote support

Engineer dispatched to your office for hardware swaps, network rebuilds, install jobs, or anything that needs hands-on. 45-minute arrival across Dubai.

Emergency response

P1 incidents (server down, ransomware, site-wide outage) escalate immediately. Engineer on the case in 5 minutes, 24/7, holidays included.

Hardware support

Desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals. Diagnostics, repairs, replacements. Brand-agnostic. Spares stocked for the most common configurations.

Network & WiFi

Routers, switches, access points, firewalls. Configuration, troubleshooting, capacity planning. ISP coordination so you don't run a vendor war room.

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Tenant operations, user lifecycle, security baselines. We support whatever's already deployed: M365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS basics.

Security incidents

Phishing, malware, account takeovers. Containment, recovery, and a written incident report. Coordination with your insurance carrier when relevant.

Vendor coordination

ISP, telephony, equipment OEMs, software vendors. We deal with their support so your team doesn't lose a day on hold.

Two modes of support

Remote or emergency, pick how you need us today.

Almost everything resolves in a remote session. A few are P1 emergencies that need everything we have. Each lane has its own response profile.

Tickets close in the session, not on a schedule.

Phone, ticket, or chat. Engineer opens a screen-share, applies the fix, hands back. Software, configuration, and account issues account for ~80% of our volume and resolve in under 30 minutes.

  • Software troubleshooting and patching
  • System configuration and optimisation
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Email and Microsoft 365 support
  • User account lifecycle management
  • Remote monitoring and proactive alerts

Why GR IT

Six reasons clients pick us over the alternative.

Concrete operational facts, the kind that show up when you ask for references.

Dubai-based engineers

30+ engineers across the emirate. 5-minute P1 remote response. We never subcontract hands-on work to someone you didn't hire.

Brand-agnostic

Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos. We service the gear you have, not just brands we resell.

SLAs measured, not promised

Every P1/P2/P3 target is tracked. Misses are documented in writing inside the monthly report. The SLA works for you, not for us.

68+ active clients

Pattern recognition from four years of Dubai support tickets. We have already debugged the issue you are about to file.

Money-back guarantee

If we cannot resolve your issue, you do not pay. Simple. We carry the risk on every ticket so you do not have to gamble on the engineer who picks up.

Fixed-price guarantee

Predictable monthly cost, no hidden charges, no surprise call-out fees. The number on the contract is the number on the invoice, every month.

Industries we cover

IT support profiles by sector.

Six common shapes. Ticket volume and review cadence vary, but the operational discipline is the same.

SME offices

10-50 staff offices: laptops, networking, Microsoft 365, basic security baseline. Our most common profile, Business tier covers most needs.

Retail & F&B

POS systems, kitchen displays, customer WiFi, payment terminals. Weekend and after-hours coverage when revenue is at stake.

Professional services

Law firms, accounting practices, consultancies. Document management, secure remote access, information barriers between client matters.

Healthcare clinics

Clinics and small hospitals. PACS connectivity, patient-record DLP, regulatory documentation alongside hardware support.

Schools & training

Classrooms, labs, parent portals. Student device fleets via Intune, content filtering, exam-mode lockdown when assessments run.

Distribution & trading

ERP support, warehouse WiFi, scanner fleets, EDI integration. Fast hardware swaps to keep dispatch running.

IT crisis? We have solved it before.

Six real incidents, six real outcomes.

Drawn from real client incidents over the last 24 months. Names changed, scenarios real. The fix path is the part to focus on, that is the playbook you are buying.

Response SLA

What "we are on it" actually means, in minutes.

Three priority tiers, classified at intake. Response is the time to first engineer action, not auto-acknowledgment.
P1Critical, business stopped
5 minresponse

Resolution target

Within 4 hours

Example incidents

  • Server, firewall, or core switch down
  • Email tenant or domain unreachable
  • Ransomware or active security incident
  • Site-wide internet outage
P2High, single user or team blocked
10 minresponse

Resolution target

Within 1 business day

Example incidents

  • Single user cannot send or receive email
  • Printer down for a department
  • VPN failing for one user
  • Backup job failed overnight
P3Standard, work continues
30 minresponse

Resolution target

Within 3 business days

Example incidents

  • New user onboarding request
  • Software install or licence change
  • How-to or training question
  • Scheduled maintenance request

Coverage 24/7 for P1 across all tiers. P2 and P3 follow your contracted hours unless after-hours is added. SLAs are tracked and reported monthly; misses are documented, not buried.

Channel routing

What goes to helpdesk, remote session, or remote escalation.

Every ticket enters through one helpdesk number, but where it goes next depends on what broke. This is the routing logic our intake engineers apply, so you know what to expect before you call. The lanes are not exclusive: a hardware fault often starts remote for diagnostics and ends with an engineer at your desk carrying the replacement part.

How it works

From first ticket to closed in four steps.

Every incident follows the same path so nothing gets lost between handoffs.
  1. 1

    Intake

    Within SLA

Phone, email, ticket, or chat. We classify priority, capture the affected system, and assign the right engineer. You get a ticket number immediately.

  2. 2

    Diagnostic

    15-60 min

Engineer opens a secure session and takes the incident directly. Root cause documented in the ticket as we work, not after.

  3. 3

    Resolution

    Per SLA

Fix applied, tested, and confirmed with the affected user. Workarounds logged for any deferred work. Hardware swaps logged in your asset register.

  4. 4

    Documentation

    Same day

Ticket closed with root cause, fix, and prevention notes. Recurring issues flagged for the next quarterly review so we stop them at the source.

Get ready

The support onboarding checklist.

Fifteen items that make your first month with us dramatically smoother. None are blockers, we can start with nothing but a phone number, but every item you have ready shortens the time from signed contract to a helpdesk that knows your environment cold. The first two groups matter at onboarding; the third is the habit that makes every future ticket faster.

Access and accounts

  • Admin credentials for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
A global admin account, or a purpose-made one for us. We move it to named credentials with MFA during onboarding.
  • Router, firewall, and switch logins
If a former provider or a departed employee holds these, tell us early. Password recovery on network gear is a planned job, not a surprise.
  • Domain registrar and DNS access
Needed for email fixes and website incidents. Half the tenants we take over have DNS locked behind an account nobody can reach.
  • Vendor support logins for line-of-business software
Accounting, ERP, and industry applications. With portal access we raise vendor tickets in your name instead of relaying through you.
  • ISP account references
Etisalat or du account numbers let us open carrier faults directly without waiting on your office manager.

Environment details

  • A staff list with job titles
It tells us whose blocked morning is a P2 and which departments feel an outage first.
  • Device inventory, even a rough one
Serial numbers and warranty status if you have them; if not, we build the asset register during the first month.
  • Server and backup details
What runs where, when backups fire, and where they land. If nobody knows, that is the first thing we find out.
  • A network diagram, or a photo of the comms cabinet
A phone photo of the rack is genuinely useful. It tells us what we are walking into before the first visit.
  • A list of recurring annoyances
The printer that jams, the WiFi dead zone, the app that crashes on Thursdays. Chronic issues get a root-cause pass in month one.

For every ticket you raise

  • What changed right before it broke
An update, a new cable, a password change. The single best diagnostic clue there is.
  • The exact error message
A photo of the screen beats a paraphrase. "It says something about a certificate" costs a round trip.
  • Who is affected and how badly
One person or the whole floor? Annoying or work-stopping? This is what sets the priority and starts the right SLA clock.
  • What you already tried
A restart, a different cable, another browser. Saves the engineer repeating it and gets you to the real fix faster.
  • A callback number that gets answered
The fastest tickets are the ones where we reach the affected person directly instead of relaying through reception.
“We moved from one stressed in-house IT person to GR IT Support and our ticket close time went from "next week" to "same morning". The cost is half what we used to budget and we finally stopped losing Fridays to network issues.”
Mariam Al Suwaidi
COO · Levant Trading FZ-LLC, JLT
60% faster ticket resolution, IT cost halved
The real cost

Downtime is never just the repair bill.

When a business runs without support cover, the visible cost of an outage, the repair itself, is the smallest line. The real damage compounds by the hour: staff paid to sit idle, deals that go quiet because email is down, deliveries that slip because the ERP is frozen, and a scramble to find any available technician at emergency rates who has never seen your network before. Then the follow-on costs arrive: data that was never backed up, a quick fix that fails again next month, and customers who quietly note the missed deadline. A support contract converts that unbounded, unpredictable loss into a fixed operating cost, with an engineer who already knows your environment on the case in minutes instead of days. The pattern we see in Dubai is consistent: businesses rarely sign up after reading a page like this one, they sign up the week after their first serious outage. The cheaper version of that story is to sign up the week before.

  • Idle payroll: every blocked employee costs their full salary for zero output
  • Revenue leakage: missed calls, stalled quotes, and abandoned orders rarely come back
  • Panic premiums: emergency one-off technicians charge for urgency, not for knowing your setup
  • Compounding failures: an unmanaged quick fix usually resurfaces as a bigger outage
  • Reputation drag: clients forgive one missed deadline, they remember the second
Get covered before it happens
Common questions

IT support, frequently asked.

Business IT support covers troubleshooting and agreed day-to-day requests for users, devices, email and networks. GR IT scopes the supported systems, locations and service hours with you. Maintenance programmes, major migrations and new installations need an explicit scope rather than being assumed part of every support request.

Yes. Describe the affected system, how many people are blocked and when the issue started. We assess the work and confirm availability, access requirements and the proposed scope before you commit. A one-off request does not automatically include ongoing monitoring or a support contract.

Yes. The support scope can include Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 and the shared systems they use. Apple enrolment, device policies and ongoing fleet management can be included where required. Tell us the operating systems and business applications involved so we can confirm coverage.

Account access, email configuration, software issues and many network diagnostics can be handled remotely when authorised access is available. Physical repairs, cabling and some connectivity faults need on-site work or a hardware supplier. We confirm the appropriate route after reviewing the symptoms.

Response time measures when support begins handling an incident. Resolution time measures when service is restored or a fix is confirmed. Your agreement should state priorities, coverage hours and targets separately. Hardware availability, third-party systems and the cause of a fault can affect resolution.

Coverage depends on the agreed service. Specify your office locations, operating hours and whether you need on-site or out-of-hours help before work starts. The proposal should identify included visits, escalation arrangements and any separately scoped attendance.

Yes. We can provide specialist assistance, incident support or additional capacity while your internal team retains its agreed responsibilities. We define who approves changes, owns each system and handles escalation so requests do not move between teams without an owner.

Exclusions depend on the contract. Common items to clarify are new projects, replacement hardware, software subscriptions, unsupported equipment and services supplied by another vendor. Ask for the covered asset list and exclusions in writing before comparing proposals.

Access should be authorised, attributable to named administrators and limited to the work being performed. We agree the access method, confidentiality requirements and handover process during scoping. Do not send passwords or recovery codes through the public enquiry form.

Yes, subject to your existing contract and an agreed new scope. A transition needs administrator access, licence ownership, asset records and support documentation. We review the notice period and handover responsibilities before setting a start date.

Include your company location, user and device counts, affected systems and business impact. For ongoing support, add your operating hours and current provider arrangements. This gives us enough context to discuss the right support model without requesting sensitive credentials.
