Copilot Studio agents for UAE businesses, built on your data and governed from day one.
Copilot Studio lets you build agents that answer from your own documents, act in your systems and work in Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, your website or WhatsApp. We design, build and govern them for Dubai and UAE organisations, and we settle the questions that stall most projects first: where the data is processed, which licence pays for what, and who is allowed to publish.

Six kinds of agent UAE organisations ask us for.
HR and policy agents
Staff ask about leave, visas, onboarding or expense rules in Teams, and the agent answers from your HR policies in SharePoint, with a link to the source document.
IT and helpdesk agents
Password, device and access questions answered from your IT knowledge base, with a hand-off that raises a ticket when the agent cannot resolve it.
Customer-facing agents
Website or WhatsApp agents that answer product, booking and order questions, and pass the conversation to a person when needed.
Agents that act in your systems
Connectors and agent flows let an agent create records, update requests or look up stock in Dynamics 365, SharePoint lists, SQL or a line-of-business API.
Agents inside Microsoft 365 Copilot
Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with agents grounded in a department’s content, so staff get answers specific to your company in the tools they already use.
Event-triggered agents
Agents that start from an event, such as a new email or a new record, rather than a chat. We add these once the governance around them is agreed.
Four answers every UAE Copilot Studio project needs on paper.
Where the data lives and where it is processed
Copilot Studio supports UAE North (Dubai) as a data location. For environments hosted in the UAE, Microsoft states that generative AI processing uses Azure OpenAI in the United States, controlled by the "Move data across regions" setting in the Power Platform admin center. That setting does not change Microsoft’s commitments on data at rest. We record this split for your compliance file before the first agent is published.
Which licence pays for what
Agent usage is measured in Copilot Credits, bought as prepaid packs, a one-year prepurchase or pay-as-you-go through an Azure subscription. Unused prepaid credits do not roll over. Where users already hold Microsoft 365 Copilot licences, answers grounded in your Microsoft 365 data inside Copilot Chat, Teams and SharePoint do not consume credits. We model usage before you commit.
Who may build and publish
Power Platform data policies are enforced for every tenant. We use them to require sign-in, block knowledge sources or connectors you have not approved, restrict HTTP calls and limit which channels agents can be published to, so a well-meaning maker cannot expose data by accident.
How you will know it works
We agree a measure with you before building, such as tickets deflected, questions answered without escalation or hours saved on a process, and review it after launch. An agent that is not used gets fixed or retired.

Four steps from idea to a governed agent in production.
- 1
Use case and readiness
1-2 weeks
Pick the agent, its owner and its measure. Check licences, the environment region, the data-movement setting and the content the agent will rely on.
- 2
Environment and policies
1 week
A dedicated environment, data policies for connectors, knowledge sources and channels, authentication rules and a billing setup for Copilot Credits.
- 3
Build and test
2-4 weeks
Knowledge sources, topics, tools and agent flows built and tested with real questions from the people who will use the agent.
- 4
Launch and improve
Ongoing
Publish to the agreed channels, monitor usage and credit consumption, review unanswered questions and improve the agent every month.
