Server AMC in Dubai: Monitoring, Patching and Remote Recovery
A server AMC is a yearly contract that keeps your Windows servers and NAS units monitored, patched and recoverable, with their backups checked, so they are looked after before they fail, not only after. Ours is part of GR IT AMC: GR IT AMC Grow covers 1 server or NAS and GR IT AMC Scale covers 2, and extra Windows servers, physical or virtual, are added as a yearly line on your quote. A server that is down is a P1, so an engineer is working on it within 5 minutes, 24/7. Everything is delivered remotely, and an onsite visit is charged separately when hands are needed.
