Technology partners

The products we deploy, license and support in the UAE, chosen because we run them daily.

If you searched for a Sophos, Fortinet, Veeam, 3CX, Jamf, Microsoft or Google Workspace partner in Dubai, this page is the straight answer to what we actually do with each one. Every product below is something our engineers deploy and support week in, week out, for real UAE businesses. The shortlist is deliberately short: we would rather be genuinely good at twelve products than nominally partnered with fifty. None of them are here because of margin, and where a product is the wrong fit for you, we will say so and point at the alternative.

What "partner" means in practice

Six things we do with every product on this page.

Vendor relationships are easy to announce and hard to deliver on. This is the concrete scope behind every product we list, and it is the same whether you buy the licence through us or already own it.

Licensing registered in your name

Subscriptions, licence keys and support contracts sit in accounts your company owns, not parked inside ours. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and the handover is an access change, not a repurchase. We insist on this even when it would be easier for us not to.

Deployment by people who do it weekly

A firewall, a backup platform or an MDM configured from the vendor wizard and left on defaults is where most later incidents start. Our deployments follow the vendor hardening guidance plus what production use has taught us, and you get the configuration documented, not locked in an engineer's head.

Day-2 support through one service desk

One number and one ticket queue for every product on this page. You do not need to work out whether a mail delivery problem is Microsoft 365, Mimecast or the firewall before you call. Diagnosing which layer is at fault is our job, and it is most of the job.

Renewals managed ahead of the date

Lapsed firewall licences that silently stop updating and expired backup subscriptions are among the most common findings when we take over an estate. We track every renewal we manage, raise it with you well before the date, and tell you honestly if the sensible move at renewal is to change product rather than roll over.

Health checks against vendor best practice

Products drift. Firmware falls behind, rules accumulate, backup jobs quietly fail, and the configuration that was right at deployment stops matching the business. We review the products we support against current vendor guidance and give you the findings in writing.

Migration on and off, in both directions

We move companies onto these products and, when the fit is wrong, off them. Firewall replacements with no internet downtime during business hours, PBX cutovers that keep the main number ringing, and mail platform moves that preserve every mailbox. Being willing to migrate you away is part of why the recommendations are credible.

The products

What we deploy, license and support.

Each product links to its own practice page with the full scope, deployment approach and FAQ. If what you run is not listed here, see the section further down, the support list is longer than the page list.

Network security

The perimeter still matters, even in cloud-first offices. We deploy both major firewall lines and will tell you plainly which suits your environment.

  • Sophos FirewallXGS series firewalls: supply, deployment, migration from other vendors, and ongoing rule and firmware management.
  • Fortinet FortiGateFortiGate deployment and support for offices and multi-site SD-WAN, from a single branch unit to HA pairs.

Backup and telephony

The two systems nobody thinks about until the day they matter: the copy of your data that actually restores, and the phone number your customers call.

  • Veeam BackupVeeam for servers, VMs and Microsoft 365, designed around restore tests rather than backup jobs.
  • 3CX Phone System3CX deployment on-premises or hosted, UAE trunk setup, and migration from legacy PBX systems.

Apple device management with Jamf

Mac and iPad fleets need Apple-native management, not a Windows tool with a Mac checkbox. We run the full Jamf line.

  • Jamf ProFull Mac and iOS fleet management: zero-touch enrolment, configuration, patching and app deployment.
  • Jamf ConnectMac login tied to your cloud identity, so one account and one password govern the device and the cloud.
  • Jamf ProtectEndpoint security built for macOS: threat detection and compliance visibility without killing performance.
  • Jamf SchooliPad and Mac management for schools: classroom control, app distribution and student device restrictions.

Cloud platforms and productivity

The platforms everything else sits on. We license, migrate, secure and support both major productivity ecosystems.

  • Microsoft CSP licensingMicrosoft licensing through the Cloud Solution Provider programme, with support from us instead of a call centre.
  • Microsoft 365Setup, migration, security hardening and day-to-day administration of the platform most UAE offices run on.
  • Microsoft AzureAzure architecture, migration and cost management, including UAE region deployments where residency matters.
  • Google WorkspaceWorkspace setup, security configuration and support for companies that run on Gmail and Drive.
How products earn a place here

Four tests a product passes before we will sell it to you.

The shortlist above is the survivors. Plenty of products have been evaluated and declined, and a few have been removed after the vendor changed direction. These are the tests.

We run it ourselves before we recommend it

Our own business runs on the same stack we sell: Microsoft 365, the same firewalls, the same backup discipline. A product gets recommended to clients only after our engineers have lived with it long enough to know where it bites, because the marketing datasheet and the third year of ownership are different products.

The vendor's own support has to be reachable

Some faults can only be fixed by the vendor, a firmware bug, a licensing platform error, a cloud-side outage. Before a product makes this list, we need to have seen the vendor's escalation path work from the UAE, on real tickets, in time frames a business can survive. A brilliant product with an unreachable vendor fails this test.

The licensing has to be clean

Clear terms, portable licences, and no structures that quietly trap you with whoever sold it to you. This is why every licence we manage is registered in the client's name. We have unwound too many estates where the previous provider held the keys, and we will not build that situation for anyone else.

It has to be supportable for years, in the UAE

A product is a decade-long relationship once it is embedded in your business. We look for vendors with staying power, a real regional presence, honest end-of-life policies and a track record of not abandoning product lines. Exciting newcomers get watched, not sold, until they have proven they will still exist at your second renewal.

A note on badges

Why this page has no partner tier logos on it.

Vendor partner programmes hand out tiers, and tier badges mostly measure how much a reseller sells, not how well they deploy. We have chosen to keep the claim on this page narrower and checkable instead.

  • What we claim is exactly this: our engineers deploy, license and support every product listed above for UAE clients, and each one has a dedicated practice page describing precisely what that work covers.
  • What we deliberately do not claim: tier levels, badge counts, or certification lists we would then have to keep honest as staff and programmes change. If a specific credential matters to your procurement process, ask us directly and you will get a current, truthful answer.
  • The test we would actually apply to any IT provider, including us: ask them to show you a configuration they deployed and have them explain why each decision was made. That conversation reveals more than any badge.
Ask us anything about a product
Multi-vendor environments

Nobody runs one vendor, and the gaps between vendors are where problems live.

A typical UAE office runs four or more of the products on this page at once. The single most valuable thing about supporting all of them under one roof is owning the boundaries between them, because that is where tickets bounce when each product has a different supplier.

The standard UAE office stack

Microsoft 365 for identity and email, a Sophos or FortiGate firewall on the internet edge, Veeam protecting the data, and 3CX with Yealink handsets on the desks. Four vendors, one service desk, one throat to choke when something between them misbehaves.

Mac office on a Microsoft cloud

Design studios, agencies and consultancies frequently run Mac fleets against Microsoft 365. Jamf Pro manages the devices, Jamf Connect binds Mac login to Entra ID, and the Microsoft side stays properly configured. Two ecosystems that only cooperate when someone owns both.

Google shop with Microsoft edges

Companies on Google Workspace still meet the Microsoft world constantly: a parent company on 365, a customer mandating Teams, an accounting package that assumes Windows. We keep the Workspace core healthy and make the Microsoft edges work rather than fight.

Multi-site and branch networks

FortiGate SD-WAN between branches, Meraki or UniFi inside each site, Azure hosting the shared workloads. One design, one monitoring view, one team that knows why every tunnel and VLAN exists.

Security in layers, not in one box

A firewall at the edge, SentinelOne or Defender on the endpoints, Mimecast in front of the mailboxes, and Veeam as the last line when everything else fails. Each layer from the vendor that does that layer best, tuned so they do not duplicate or conflict.

Estates in transition

Half-finished migrations are a normal state of affairs: a PBX running alongside a 3CX pilot, mailboxes split across Workspace and 365 mid-move, an old firewall awaiting its replacement window. We run coexistence deliberately instead of pretending every estate is clean.

Beyond the practice pages

Also in daily support, no dedicated page yet.

The products above have dedicated pages because we do enough of each to write something genuinely useful. The list of what we support day to day is longer. These are all in live client estates we look after right now, and pages for several of them are on the way.
  • Cisco Meraki

Cloud-managed switching, Wi-Fi and security appliances.

  • Ubiquiti UniFi

Office networking and Wi-Fi for SMEs that want capable kit without enterprise complexity.

  • Acronis

Backup and cyber protection, common in estates we inherit and fully supported.

  • Synology

NAS storage for file serving, backup targets and surveillance.

  • QNAP

NAS storage and backup appliances, including hardening after the platform's well-known ransomware campaigns.

  • Yealink

IP desk phones and Teams-certified devices, usually alongside 3CX or Teams Phone.

  • Grandstream

IP telephony, intercom and door systems for offices and facilities.

  • SentinelOne

Endpoint detection and response where Defender for Business is not the chosen path.

  • Mimecast

Email security and archiving layered in front of Microsoft 365.

Technology partner FAQ

What businesses ask us about vendors and licensing.

Yes, and it is one of the most common ways engagements start. Microsoft 365 tenants move to our CSP arrangement without any interruption to mailboxes or data, that transfer is an administrative change, not a migration. Sophos, Fortinet, Veeam, 3CX and Jamf all support moving an existing licence or subscription to a new managing partner, and we handle the vendor paperwork. The first thing we check during any takeover is whose name everything is actually registered in, because licences parked in a previous provider's account are a genuinely common finding, and recovering them is much easier while that relationship is still cordial.

Both, and you can take either without the other. Buying through us gets you one invoice, renewals tracked ahead of the date, and support from the people who deployed the product. But if your procurement rules or an existing agreement mean the licences come from elsewhere, we will happily deploy and support products you bought elsewhere. We are not precious about where the licence came from. The one thing we insist on either way is that the licence ends up registered in your company's name.

Very probably. The linked products are the ones we do enough of to maintain a dedicated practice page, and the unlinked list covers more of what sits in the estates we already support, Meraki, UniFi, Acronis, Synology, QNAP, Yealink, Grandstream, SentinelOne, Mimecast. Beyond even that list, general IT support has always meant dealing with whatever is actually installed. Tell us what you run through the enquiry form and you will get a straight answer: yes we support it, yes with a caveat, or no with a recommendation for who can.

We track every renewal date we manage and raise each one with you well before it falls due, with a recommendation attached: renew as-is, adjust the count or tier to match how your business has changed, or in some years, switch products because the market has moved. Nothing renews silently and nothing lapses silently, which matters more than it sounds, an expired firewall subscription keeps passing traffic but quietly stops receiving the security updates that were the point of it. If you decide to leave us, your licences go with you, because they were always in your name.

No, and that is a feature. The page exists because these products fit most UAE small and mid-size businesses most of the time, not because they fit everyone always. If your environment genuinely calls for something else, an enterprise firewall line we do not carry, a niche industry platform, sticking with an incumbent that is working fine, we will say so. We publish written comparisons on this site, Sophos against Fortinet, Jamf against Intune, Microsoft 365 against Google Workspace, precisely because the honest answer differs by situation, and a provider whose answer is always whatever they sell is not advising you.

We keep this page free of tier badges and certificate lists on purpose, and the reasoning is on the page itself: badges mostly measure sales volume, and certificate lists rot as staff and vendor programmes change. What we will stand behind is the checkable claim, we deploy, license and support every product listed here for real UAE clients, and we will gladly walk you through a deployed configuration and explain every decision in it. If your procurement process needs specific credentials confirmed, ask us directly and you will get a current, truthful answer rather than a wall of logos.

Yes. Some clients have purchasing arrangements or simply prefer to buy their own firewall, NAS or handsets, and we will deploy and support equipment you bought elsewhere. Two honest caveats: first, we will check the unit is genuinely what the environment needs before installing it, because the wrong model bought at a good price is still the wrong model. Second, hardware bought through unofficial channels sometimes arrives without valid regional support entitlements, and we will verify that with the vendor before you are relying on it.

We open the vendor ticket, run it, and stay accountable for the outcome. You are never handed a case number and told to chase Sophos or Microsoft yourself. This is also one of the quiet advantages of licensing through a partner: our escalation paths into these vendors are established and exercised, and a case opened by a partner with the diagnostic work already done moves faster than a cold end-customer ticket. While the vendor works their side, we work any available workaround on yours.

Yes, and that is the normal shape of our support agreements rather than the exception. One agreement covers the firewall, the Microsoft or Google platform, backup, telephony and the devices, with one service desk number and one escalation path across all of it. The practical benefit shows up on the messy tickets, when email is slow, is that Microsoft 365, the firewall, the Wi-Fi or the ISP? Under separate per-vendor arrangements that question bounces between suppliers for days. Under one agreement, it is simply our problem to isolate, and we do.

Yes, in both directions, onto the products on this page and off them. Common examples: replacing an end-of-life or lapsed firewall with a Sophos or FortiGate unit with the cutover scheduled outside business hours, moving an aging on-premises PBX to 3CX while the main company number keeps ringing throughout, moving Mac management from nothing or from an ill-fitting tool onto Jamf, and mail platform moves between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with every mailbox preserved. Migration is planned as coexistence with a switchover moment, not a weekend of downtime and hope.

Where residency genuinely applies to you, and it is sector-dependent rather than universal, the stack accommodates it. Microsoft 365 and Azure both offer UAE regions and we provision into them when required, documenting where every copy of the data sits, including backups. Veeam repositories can be kept entirely on UAE soil, on your own hardware or in-country storage. 3CX can run fully on-premises. For the products where data location is contractual rather than configurable, we will show you exactly what the vendor commits to before you buy, rather than discovering it during your bank's next due diligence review.

A fair question to ask any reseller, and the honest answer is structural rather than a promise. First, every licence is registered in your name, so leaving us is always easy, a provider you can leave cheaply has to keep earning the relationship on service. Second, we support products we do not sell, so recommending a switch never manufactures dependency on us. Third, we publish the comparisons between competing products we carry, which a margin-led shop has no incentive to do. And fourth, the products on this page are the same ones we run in our own business, which is the most expensive recommendation to fake.
